Safeguarding Children at Risk of Neglect Level 3

This is a full day event but as we are offering this course on-line via MS Teams we have split it up into two parts. You will need to be able to attend both sessions.

This course will help participants to develop their understanding of the impact of neglect on the lived experience of the child. It will consider strategies for working with families with complex needs; assessing risk and working towards effective interventions. It will also increase awareness of current research and tools for assessing neglect, including the Nottinghamshire Neglect Toolkit.

  • Part 1 - Wednesday 12th November 2025 –  Part 2 Wednesday 19th November 2025. You must be able to attend both sessions.
