LADO Online Form is now live
3 April 2023
Effective 3 April 2023, please make referrals to Nottinghamshire LADO from our new online form. From this date referrers phoning in will be directed to the Online Form and no referrals will be taken over the phone.
We hope this form will allow you to consider the criteria for making a referral to LADO and gather the required information needed to submit a full referral, as much as it will allow the LADO Allegations Officers to process your contacts efficiently.
