We are changing our Learning Management System

We would like to inform you that from the beginning of August we will be changing our Learning Management System i.e. Learning Pool – which is the system you use to book onto all NSCP courses and where you also access all of our e-Learning courses. Learning Pool will no longer be available from Monday 12 August  and therefore there will be no access to your previous personal Learning Pool accounts.  

Training Record List

We would advise you to download a copy of your training record [Word] by Friday 9 August. 

Training Accounts

We are planning to transfer accounts over to the new system but this will only apply to accounts which have been logged into/accessed over the last 2 years . If you haven’t logged into your account since then your details will not be able to be transferred , so you may have to create a new account once the new system is up and running.

e-Learning 

All current e learning courses will be available up until Friday 9 August then after this the majority of these courses will no longer be available. Over the next few months we will need to work with the new provider to see what courses will then become available to you all. We foresee this being a rolling process , so please be aware we won’t have our usual 28 e learning courses available immediately .

What if you have booked onto a face to face or virtual training event?

If you have already booked onto one of our upcoming events we will have your booking so this will not be a problem.
